I am Dr. Rinky Sha and currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kalyani.

Ambedkar Institute of Panchayati Raj & Rural Development (BRAIPRD), contributing to the development and upgradation of skill-based training modules for rural entrepreneurs in collaboration with eminent institutions
Invited as an external examiner to evaluate the students of 5th semester of UG course in the Dept. of Microelectronics and VLSI Technology, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal
